A Deluxe Studio in LifeCamp

1. Booking Confirmation and Payment

 A booking is confirmed once full payment, including the security deposit, is received. Payments must be made by Bank Transfer, mobile transfer, POS, Cash, and any other accepted form of deposit  and are non-refundable in the event of early check-out.

2. Caution Fee

 A refundable Caution fee of an agreed amount is required to cover potential damages. The fee will be returned within 24 hours  after check-out, following a property inspection.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

* Check-in: 2:00pm

* Check-out: 12:00pm 

* Late Check‑Out Fees: 50%

* Late check out after 6:00 PM full rate will be charge.

* NO SMOKING

* NO PARTIES

* PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

* CAUTION FEE REFUND IS 24 HOURS AFTER CHECK‑OUT

4. Use of Property

 The guest agrees to use the property responsibly. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00pm - 9:00am. Any activities that may disturb neighbors are prohibited.

5. Property Condition and Damages

 The guest is responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition and reporting any damages immediately. Any damages caused during the stay will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

 The apartment will be cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. A cleaning fee has not been included in the charges.

7. Guest Responsibility

 The registered guest is responsible for all individuals staying at or visiting the property. The number of guests must not exceed;

- one for a shared space.

- 2 for a studio apartment 

- 2 for a one bedroom. 

- 5 for a two bedroom. 

- 10 for 3 bedroom

8. Cancellation and Refunds

* No refunds of money after payment.

9.  Bills

Bills must be settled on presentation; we only accept Bank Transfer, mobile transfer, POS, Cash, and any other accepted form of deposit to our official banking details. Payment confirms booking. In the case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the linen on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

10. Parking

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

11. Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment  property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the apartment premise.

• A Common room shared by two other guests
