In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your

cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the

Apartments and Suites (hereinafter called 'Management')

Check‑In: 03:00 PM

Check‑Out: 12:00 NOON

Late Check‑Out: 05:50 PM

Late Check‑Out Fees: 50%

Late check out after 6:00 PM full rate will be charge.

NO SMOKING 

NO PARTIES

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

CAUTION FEE REFUND IS 24 HOURS AFTER CHECK‑OUT

Bills

Bills must be settled on presentation; we only accept bank transfers to our official banking

details. Payment confirms booking.

In the case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the

linen on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or

auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds

will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the

management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

Parking

vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

 Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused

by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not

cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.

Indemnity clause

The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless management and the Assigned

Representative from any liability, claim, action, damage, and expense, including

reasonable attorney’s fees in connection with the loss of life, personal injury and/or

damage to the property or any persons therein, arising from or out of any occurrence in,

upon, or about the premises, occasioned by the negligent, willful, intentional or

unintentional act, omission or conduct of the Guest, His/ Her Guests, Visitors or

Connected Persons, and the apartment and the Assigned Representative shall have no

liability for any such damage, loss of life or injury.

• Fully equipped Kitchen 

• 1 Bathroom
